RUCO®-FIL ASP

Spinning lubricant for PES and wool fibre material as well as their blends. Warp oil to improve the processing of warps of all fibre types

  • Resistant to hard water, alkalis and acids
  • No affinity for the fibre
  • Therefore only applicable by non-exhaust
  • Sprayable in aqueous dilution
  • Balanced stick/slip effect
  • Confers a somewhat scroopy handle to PES
  • Antistatic effect

Field of application: Backwashing machine and spraying

RUCO®-FIL MRL

AP-free yarn texturing /coning oil suitable for all types of synthetic yarns and their blends with lycra

  • With its special chemical composition it blocks bouncing from high texturation and twist speeds and provides homogeneous oil intake
  • Forms a high sliding film and decrease the ploughing force, static electrical propensity
  • Forms quality bobbin
  • Because it prevents bouncing there will be no dirt around the machine. Also reduces the oil usage
  • With its high washability (>95%) it can be removed easily with pre-treatment applications

Field of application: Directly usable with spray and cylinder systems
